FAVORITE #1:

Fused Blood Orange Olive Oil

As the Blood Orange and Tunisian Olives ripen, we press them together to form this beautiful combination of whole, fresh citrus fruits crushed with olives.

Use it on fish and seafood, chicken, fruit, and salads.

Try pairing it with: Cranberry Pear, Fig, Dark Chocolate, or Pomegranate balsamic vinegars.

FAVORITE #2:

Aged Pure Maple Balsamic

We have searched high and low, and it appears that we have created the first of its kind, an Aged Pure Maple Balsamic, using real 100% pure maple produced at a small family farm in Vermont. This balsamic is outrageously good!

Think pancakes, waffles, glazing bacon, pork chops, ice cream, dressings, marinades, chocolate, cake, fruit, and on, and on.

Pair it with organic butter oil, French Walnut oil, or blood orange infused oil.

FAVORITE #3:

Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

Our Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart and redolent with the clean, natural flavor of blackberry and ginger. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade.

Try it on a fruit salad, ice cream or in Greek yogurt.

Pair it with our Lime, Chipotle or Blood Orange oils.

FAVORITE #4:

Wild Mushroom and Sage Oil

A delicious combination of fresh herbaceous safe paired with an array of savory wild mushrooms. The result is a sumptuous, savory experience. Let this oil take your veggies to a whole new level!

Try pairing it with our Sicilian Lemon or Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar.

Try it drizzled over cream of mushroom soup, on risotto, stuffing, or pork chops.

FAVORITE #5:

Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

A delicious blend of herbs, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic infused olive oil. Made from premium, ultra fresh EVOO from our collection blended in small, artisan batches with organic, 100% natural flavors.

Try pairing with Sicilian Lemon, or Peach White Balsamic Vinegar.

Use it on everything from salad dressings to marinades. Sprinkle grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and a few twists of freshly ground pepper for an irresistible bread dipper. Delicious on paste, steaks, and chicken!

FAVORITE #6:

Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar

Both sour and tart, our Strawberry Vinegar is the result of adding natural essence of strawberry to our balsamic.

Try it in plain Greek yogurt, on top of ice cream, as dressing for a spinach salad, or on fresh fruit.

Pair it with our Basil or Lemon oils for a delicious experience.
